You may not engage in the mass downloading of files from this Website; use the computer processing power of this Website for purposes other than those permitted above; or flood this Website with electronic traffic designed to slow or stop its operation. Terms of Sale: All prices on Website are listed in US Dollars. When you place an order you are purchasing on and subject to ID-ME terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Our “Terms” are payment due in full upon order submission.


You and ID-ME, its partners and affiliates have the right to terminate any service offered for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Please be thorough when placing an order. Once payment has been received your agreement for services begin. No refunds shall be offered where service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Notification for cancellation of service, via email, phone and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation of cancellation in writing by ID-ME.


We reserve the right to levy a charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses resulting from a fraudulent or unlawful cancellation of service(s). *See warranties and disclaimers for details on replacement of products and refunds of services.

We practice best efforts when fulfilling your orders. If a service is ordered said service will be available upon receipt of monies equaling to and no less than the agreed upon value of said service at the time of purchase. If a product is ordered and is to be shipped our shipping times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from third party shipping organizations (government, private and/or public) or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.


You must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid credit/debit card and/or account issued and verified by a financial institution acceptable to our standards to contract with ID-ME, its partners and affiliates. We do not engage in contracts with minors. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. Where a contract is made with a third party (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) when purchasing an ID-ME service and/or product ID-ME, its partners or affiliates are not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they provide you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment information used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.


(a) Our Contract: When you place an order the contract will be formed when we send the I.D. Medical Emergency Membership I.D. Number(s) to the email address provided by you confirming the service(s) and/or product(s) ordered have been issued and released.


(b) Pricing and Availability: All details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are maintained and accurately stated to the best of our knowledge. Although we monitor the Website regularly, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any service(s) and/or product(s) that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.


(c) Payment: Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check when applicable to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your account will be debited upon authorization being received in accordance to payment schedule set forth and agreed upon by and between you and our payment services provider ie. PayPal, Stripe, etc. The payment(s) received by you shall be treated as a deposit against the value of your purchase order. Once receipt of payment is confirmed and the I.D. Medical Emergency Membership I.D. Number(s) has been sent, monies paid as a deposit is then used as payment for the value of your purchase order.


In the event a monthly recurring scheduled payment is not received you have two (2) calendar months from the most recent payment received by you to ID-ME to make payment. Your Membership I.D. Number(s) shall be cancelled on the fifth (5th) day preceding the end of the second (2nd) calendar month from your most recent payment received.


Services: We provide services and products for the I.D. Medical Emergency Membership Program (“Program”).

The Program includes the activation of your “Month-to-Month Membership” with instant accessibility to your details upon completion of ID-ME Membership I.D. Number(s) registration.


When you purchase a Month-to-Month Membership you receive:


– Assigned U-ID code
– Unlimited Access
– Real-Time Updates
– eWall Poster
– Home Screen Favicon


A Month-to-Month Membership is a $1.00 per month due the first (1st) day of every month after the 30-day free trial period ends. The Month-to-Month Membership stays active until a monthly recurring scheduled payment is not received by the fifth (5th) day preceding the end of the second (2nd) calendar month from your most recent payment received as stated above in (c) Payment.


There are no cancellation fees and no annual contracts.

For security purposes ID-ME does not issue duplicate cards. There is one (1) ID-ME Membership Card per ID-ME Membership I.D. Number.


Membership fees are collected the first “1st” day of every month. Our Trial Period begins the day you become a member until the first “1st” day of the month after you have completed your 30 day Free Trial Period. Example: Sign up September 17, 2017 and your first payment of $1.00 is due November 1, 2017.


ID-ME Membership I.D. Number: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO STORE YOUR ID-ME MEMBERSHIP I.D. NUMBER IN A SAFE YET ACCESSIBLE PLACE. The Membership I.D. Number is located on your Membership Card and your Wall Poster (paper and electronic).


Entering the Membership I.D. Number online is necessary when using membership services such as:


– Updating online forms
– Purchasing a Membership Card
– Requesting a Replacement Card


Updating your details in the online forms: Visit ID-ME.org, click “Update Member Details” and follow the instructions. Information able to be updated is as follows:


– Emergency Contact(s) Information
– History of Medical Conditions
– Allergies
– Medications
– Vaccinations
– Blood Type
– PIN update and reset


ID-ME Card: Developed and manufactured specific for the ID-ME Membership Program, the card is a standard ISO approved CR80 PVC plastic and comes equipped with Quick Response code, referred to as “Unique Identification” or “U-ID” code, and 4GB USB flash drive “Flash Drive”.


*Important Notice: The Flash Drive and U-ID Code are the key technological components of the ID-ME card. The components are NOT connected and are NOT able to communicate, share or exchange any information with one another.

They do not have the ability to share data.


Information printed on the card:


– Members Name
– Membership ID Number
– I.D. Photograph of Member (optional)
– Date of birth
– Unique Identification Code


Scanning the U-ID code accesses the following details from your online forms:


– Medical History / Health Information
– Allergies / Injectors
– Medications / Vitamins and Supplements
– Emergency Contacts
– Vaccinations
– Blood Type


To access the details one must possess an internet enabled handheld or mobile/smartphone device equipped with a camera which can scan QR codes or a QR code reader/scanner application. Most QR code reader/scanner applications work the same and are user-friendly. Open the camera or application; steadily hold the device with the U-ID code clearly viewable on your device’s screen and once the code has been scanned, generally within seconds, the online form details are displayed on your device.


The Flash Drive comes standard with 4GB storage capacity able to quickly download, transport and share files (media, documents, etc.). We may run promotions from time to time offering Flash Drives with more storage capacity or other ID-ME approved device(s) in place of for a cost or for free.


*Strict No Tolerance ID-ME Policy Standards: At no given time will ID-ME, its partners or affiliates store or load personal information of any kind on the Flash Drive. There may be applications, links or software to relevant industry related information loaded on to the Flash Drive. When pre-loaded Flash Drives with information that is intended to benefit or assist you are made available you will also have the option to opt-out of receiving said pre-loaded Flash Drive.


Opting in to receive a Flash Drive with applications, links or software that have been loaded by ID-ME, its partners or affiliates with best intentions to benefit and/or assist you may be made available from time to time. When you opt-in to receive a pre-loaded Flash Drive you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.


Pre-loaded information relevant to you could mean:


– Links to tutorials, promotions, websites, etc.
– Information regarding an agency, organization or institution
– Updated laws and regulations


We practice a high level of quality control for all of our products and services. We strive to meet your request, demands and needs within reason however in no event shall ID-ME, its partners or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the ID-ME USB Flash Memory Card.


We encourage the use and education of encrypting/password protecting your ID-ME Flash Drive. We provide links to tutorials we find useful to assist you in understanding the process. ID-ME provides these links/websites as a public service only, and neither endorses nor guarantees in any way the external organizations, services, advice, or products included in these website links. Furthermore, ID-ME neither controls nor guarantees the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information contained in the non-governmental Web sites.


Replacement Card Request: You must have your Membership I.D. Number and your PIN code to receive a replacement, approval or denial. For security purposes we have a strict policy of one (1) ID-ME Card per ID-ME Membership.


Lost or Stolen: You can replace your ID-ME card for $15.00. This process terminates your existing membership and generates a new Membership Account. What you will need:


– Membership ID Number (refer to your Welcome Email or Wall Poster)


You are going to receive the same ID-ME Package and details as you did before with a new Membership ID# and U-ID code.


When you receive your new ID-ME Membership Package and details, it is very important to destroy all prior information, emails, and documents associated with your old U-ID code.


USB Flash Drive Memory Device Issue(s): Reasons you may be submitting a request:


– I received my ID-ME card and the USB flash drive memory device and/or USB module is not working.

– I have been a member for less than two (2) years and my USB flash drive memory device and/or USB module suddenly stopped working.


Having a flash drive that becomes corrupted, needs formatting or simply appears to have stopped working can be common. Many times the issue can be easily fixed without requesting a new card.


The first step is to go online, open your browser and search the issue with phrases such as…


– Repair My USB Flash Drive
– USB Flash Drive Not Recognized
– USB Flash Drive Not Responding


And so on…


Inserting the flash drive in different devices or operating systems can create a need for the drive to be formatted. This is one of many common reasons your flash drive may have stopped working or is no longer performing properly. Details on fixing a USB flash drive can range from basic to advanced. We are not asking for you to take apart your flash drive and operate however we are asking that you do a little research before submitting your request.


If the flash drive has been misused or not properly cared for within the warranty period your request may be denied. To avoid this please review our Warranty Policy in our “Terms and Conditions”.
